After several sessions of thorough dialogue with Joy, she helped me to reconsider my initial goals. My biggest aha moment in the coaching experience, was realizing my lack of professional "dreams" and "goals" weren't detrimental to making changes of my current situation. Joy vetted my resume and experiences and helped me realize the type of situation I wanted to explore. Moving forward I'll be prepared to handle the next change or next moment in my career.

My advice if you are working with Joy is to get to a place where you're ok doing a full "brain download". Explain all details to give Joy the most accurate picture of where you've been, what you've been doing, etc.
